Orchestrating the Star Summit Brand Experience

Project Focus

End-to-End Event Branding & Experience Design

The Challenge

Orthomerica needed to engage 200+ international surgeons and clinicians for a critical 3‑day educational summit, requiring a seamless and professional brand experience.

Designed a comprehensive 80-page program booklet to guide participants through the 3-day summit. The booklet featured at-a-glance schedules, speaker bios, corporate promotions, and social media info, directly improving the attendee experience.

Developed the on-stage branding and environmental graphics to create a polished and professional focal point for all presentations, ensuring brand consistency throughout the venue.

Launching 20+ Medical Device Products

Project Focus

Full-Suite Marketing & Clinical Collateral Design

The Challenge

Each new medical device launch required a full suite of materials that could clearly communicate its clinical value to practitioners while simultaneously serving as a powerful sales and marketing tool to drive market adoption.

Designed compelling marketing collateral, including trade journal ads, sales sheets, and brochures, that translated complex technical features into clear benefits for clinicians and their patients.

Created a cohesive system of launch materials, including FDA-required labeling like Instructions-for-Use (IFUs) and precise interactive PDF order forms that improved ordering accuracy for both customers and manufacturing teams.

Website Architecture & End-to-End Development

The Challenge

The company's existing websites were outdated, difficult to manage, and provided a poor user experience, especially on mobile devices, weakening the company's online brand authority.

Directed the 2021 rebuild of the company’s websites in WordPress and Elementor. As the de facto webmaster, I provided end-to-end management—from running the Cloudways hosting environment and performing content updates to building new features with plugins—laying a robust foundation that enhanced UX and facilitated a seamless 2024 transition to an external team.
